Annual Sale Terms

We’re a lean team. When a high volume of orders rolls in at once, we do our best, but we’re not ASOS. Please understand you’re dealing with a non-automated business. Read our Annual Sale Terms and Conditions before ordering to avoid disappointment.

During our Annual Sale, made-to-order wait times will increase. The Annual Sale brings a huge spike in corset orders, so it will take longer than usual for your personal corset to reach the front of the queue. If you’ve ordered a made-to-order style on sale, allow three to six weeks for your corset to ship.

Styles can quickly sell out during the Annual Sale. If you purchased an item in the incorrect size and your preferred size has since sold out, a store credit will be issued. All store credit notes will reflect a garment’s sale price, less our shipping costs.

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order garments, all items will ship in one parcel only when the pre-order garment is complete. If you would like to split your order into two parcels, easy. Just contact us at info@gentlespring.co and we’ll arrange it. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll ship your order in one parcel.
