★ Exchange Process ★
Step #1. Contact email@example.com within five business days of receiving the garment and let us know you'd like to exchange it for another size, or for store credit. We do not accept exchange requests outside of this time period.
Step #2. Post the garment to our return address within five business days of the exchange being authorised. We do not supply return labels: you must organise shipping with your local postal carrier. Retain your proof of postage, and send the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org. The garment remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please take care with packaging to avoid damage in transit.
Step #3. Once we receive the original garment, we'll make sure it's unwashed, unworn and unused—beyond being tried on at home for fit. The garment must be completely free from odours and visible signs of wear. Provided your original garment meets these conditions, we'll then digitally send your store credit note or ship your new garment. In the unlikely event we receive an item in unsuitable condition, or an item is lost in transit, you will not be provided an exchange, credit note, or refund. Your postal service will likely be able to offer some compensation for lost packages.
★ Exchange Terms ★
We do not issue store credit or send out exchanges until the original garment is received. For all orders that were eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
★ Shipping Terms ★
Allow us up to five business days to process your order, in addition to the time required to cut and sew any made-to-order garment. All orders are shipped with online tracking through Australia Post. We do not refund lost or stolen packages.
International orders may incur customs duties and other taxes in your country. These charges are entirely your expense. If you choose not to pay these charges and the item is returned to sender, you will not be refunded.
If you're ordering a garment for a special occasion, as a gift, or for another time-sensitive reason, please notify us by email and we'll do what we can to expedite the shipping process.
