Our sizing follows Australian womenswear standards. International equivalencies are: XS/6AUS/2US, S/8AUS/4US, M/10AUS/6US, L/12AUS/8US, and XL/14AUS/10US. We’re happy to offer personalised sizing advice on all styles, please contact us at info@gentlespring.co.


We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind, nor do we issue refunds for change of mind.

Items may be exchanged where there is a fault in the garment, or you'd like a more appropriate size. If your updated size is sold out, we will issue you store credit.

If you wish to exchange an item for size, please contact info@gentlespring.co within five business days of receiving the item. The item must be posted, at your expense, to our return address within five business days of the exchange being authorised. You must retain proof of postage. We will then post another garment in your nominated size, or arrange store credit if your preferred size is unavailable. The garment must be unwashed, unworn and unused, beyond trying on in the home for fit.

If you wish to return a faulty item, please contact info@gentlespring.co within 10 business days of receiving the item. The item must be posted, at your expense, to our return address within five business days of the return being authorised. You must retain proof of postage. If possible, we will repair or replace the item. If this isn't possible, we'll issue store credit. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn and unused.

In the case of both returns and exchanges, we do not refund shipping costs. In all cases, the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please take care with packaging to avoid damage in transit. In the unlikely event we receive an item in unsuitable condition, or an item is lost in transit, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.


We ship worldwide. Australian orders over $100 ship free. International orders over $200 ship free. Allow us up to five business days to process your order, in addition to the time required to cut and sew any made-to-order garment. All orders are shipped with tracking through Australia Post. Orders are shipped in compostable or recyclable packaging. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you're ordering a garment for a special occasion, as a gift, or for another time-sensitive reason, please notify us by email and we'll do what we can to expedite the shipping process.

International orders may incur customs duties and other taxes in your country. These charges are entirely your expense. If you choose not to pay these charges and the item is returned to sender, our shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.


Data privacy matters. We respect your privacy and the security of your personal information. No personal information supplied to all is a gentle spring in the process of placing an order will ever be shared with a third party. For transparency, these are the ways in which we use your information: to register you as a customer, to deliver your orders and process your returns, and to communicate with you when necessary.
